There is one way to make money raising rabbits.
Either for food or if you are taking care of rabbits in a science experiment. But most scientists are poking, putting things in their eyes etc. Not a fun way to live as a rabbit. I'd rather raise bunnies for show. Wouldn't you agree?

This looks like a old picture of a Flemish Giant. I may be wrong. But that is my first guess. It grows really big and eats lots of food and can be 16 pounds like a size of a dog!
They raise them for meat and show ones start at $100 a rabbit. Yikes! But most people don't make a lot of money in rabbits. Enjoy these lovely bunnies. They are so cute and adorable. Adopt a bunny today!

Did you know the Jersey Wooley is an easier to take care of breed of rabbit than the Angora breeds and can still be used for their fur? They are very sweet.

Proper Bunny Care
Rabbits like to be clean. They are as clean as cats. They make good pets for people who work because they like attention in the morning and after 4 pm. They need lots of real hay like Timothy Hay.
Spaying and neutering helps them be better pets and prevents having too many unwanted animals. When you adopt a rabbit instead of getting one at a store, you save a life.
Rabbits live about 10 years. That is a big commitment. They need lots of room and should live indoors. They are cute. And like to be pet while on the ground because they are pray animals and can panic when picked up improperly.
